THe answers on this website really show how ignorant we are in cleaning the toxins out of the body. The average american has one bowel movement every 2 days and almost everywhere else in the world is 30 minutes after eating! If toxins are sitting in the colon where are they suppose to go? They get in the blood and that is main reason we get illness and disease. We Americans eat so much food that is processed and has all types of chemicals in them. It's no wonder we lead the world in the most types of diseases known.
To answer your question; the process is to get herbs (or colonics) that help give a person regular bowel movements and cleans out the colon. You can do this effectively with a 5-10 day cleanse by eating organic fruits and vegetables (better yet juicing them) and using herbs to help clear the toxins. Are you sure you don't have any congenital problem, such as Hirschprung's disease? If not, better have it checked out. If there is no organic problem, eat more roughage, drink more water and fix a convenient time to poop daily, preferably after a meal. If there are hard faeces present, get rid of them with an enema and regular laxatives.Take raw vegetables and fruits. Honey also helps. Good luck!

You should get lots of fiber like from veggies.drink more water. If you need help right away you could buy a laxative like milk of magnesia or get some suppositories.

i think you'd be in serious trouble if you haven't pooped since you were 3. i'd suggest seeing someone about that. perhaps change your diet.

Drink lots of water and juices and eat more veggies and fruits, except apple and banana. Eat more of grapes and papayas.
