We don't know HOW God raised Jesus from the dead or how he created the earth or does a lot of things. Stop worrying about going to Hell and start worrying about how to live. The Bible is more about life than death and Hell. Ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom, He'll give it to anyone.

Isaiah 9:6
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Follow the logic in the verse...
The Son IS the Everlasting Father.
The Son IS the wonderful Counselor.
(Counselor being used in the sense of "parakletos" in the New Testament...advocate, counselor, helper: all roles of the Holy Spirit)
The Isaiah prophecy for Messiah shows the Son to be indivisible from the Father and the Holy Spirit.
John 14:16,18, 20 is a promise that all three members of the Holy Trinity indwell believers here on Earth.

Jesus, being God, arose from the dead in human form. Thousands saw Him after the resurrection and many touched Him to prove He was not just in Spirit form.
It is immaterial if He arose by Himself or God the father resurrected Him because they are BOTH GOD.
If you are struggling with your salvation, concentrate on the important verses.
Read John 1:1-16.
May God open your eyes to His Truth!

Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
If you believe this then you accept Gods truth. If you accept Gods truth. They you admit to God that he is Lord. If you admit that he is Lord. You confess of you sins. If you confess of your sins. You follow his way. If you follow his way, you deny the flesh and turn from sin. You live in the spirit of God and therefore, you will be welcomed home on the day of Judgement.

Verse 9 is speaking about Salvation through faith in Christ. Salvation is as near as believing in your heart and confessing with your mouth, and available to all who hear.

Jesus said that nobody takes his life but he give it freely because he could take it back. Plus in everything he did all three were always together like in exodus one was the cloud during the day and at night the second was the fire and in the spreading of the sea was the third. The only time Jesus and the father were not together was at the crucifixion.
Why it is Important that Jesus
Really Rose from the Dead?
Because if Christ did not rise from the dead, then our faith is in vain, because that means we have not been risen up in Him and are all still dead in our trespass and sins! This is the very basis of Christianity! It is very important for us to understand that the physical resurrection of Jesus Christ is vitally important to Christian theology. If Christ be not risen from the dead, then the dead rise not and our preaching of the resurrection is untrue! Everything of the gospel becomes a lie because it all hangs on the death and resurrection of Christ.
1st Corinthians 15:12-19
Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?
But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen:
And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.
Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not.
For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised:
And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.
Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished.
If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.
We read here in these verses seven reasons why the resurrection of Christ is so vital to true Christianity. God makes it clear that if the dead do not rise from the grave, then:
1. "Christ Himself is not risen!"
2. "our preaching of it is empty, and your faith is also empty!"
3. "we are found as false witnesses of God, because we have
testified that God has raised up Christ from the dead!"
4. "our faith is futile if this is not true!"
5. "We are still in our sins if this is not true!"
6. "Those who have fallen asleep [died] in Christ, have perished!"
7. "If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men the most pitiable!"
Without Christ's resurrection, and our own resurrection from the dead in Him, the entire New Testament is without confirmation or validation.
Hebrews 9:17
"For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth".
Christ had to die in order to Confirm or strengthen the Testament with many. Jesus told his Disciples that he was going to die and that he would be resurrected. If only part of this was true (that is, his death), then the faith of every Christian is in vain because Jesus did not tell the truth. That cannot be! His Words are the Word of God and absolutely true and trustworthy! If not, then how are we made righteous by Him? All these things hinge on Christ's death and Resurrection.
Jesus promised that those who believed in Him would never die, but have eternal life (-John 3:16). And so if Jesus did not rise from the dead, how then can we believe the promise of eternal life? If Jesus rose not, then what about the testimony?
There are only three possible answers.
1. The Apostles lied about it!
2. The apostles were fooled! Or,
3. The Apostles told the Truth!
First of all, the integrity of the Apostles is self evident, they did not lie! Second, they could not have been fooled, as their testimony is that they themselves saw Him, and talked with Him. Third, more than that, there were many witnesses (including Paul) to the risen Christ as Jesus appeared not only to all of the Apostles a number of times, but also to many others.
1st Corinthians 15:4-8
"And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve:
After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.
After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles.
And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time."
And so it's clear that the Apostles truly saw Him and talked with Him. And like Christ, the Apostles were hated and reviled and persecuted, and indeed killed for their belief in Jesus. Do you think that men perpetrating a silly fraud would continue to suffer and give their very lives for a lie, or for a resurrection which they were unsure of? It is ridiculous to think so!
The very Church began because Jesus's Apostles believed that after his death, he rose from the dead. It is the main point of the gospel preaching. Without Christ's resurrection, all that the Church has to stand upon is a dead man, not a living Saviour! But Praise God, Christ is Risen, and the importance of that resurrection is in us, who have been risen with Him. A Resurrection, without which, we are still dead in sins and are of all men most foolish.
