A guy i work with always stares @t me-theres always eye contact,and he is always looking at my lips,does it mean anything?Or is he just bored?

Yes Cassy, eye contact is probably the most important means of communication alongside the spoken word. The eyes are very much the windows of the soul and you can always tell when someone is telling lies by looking them directly in the eye. A liar will never be able to look you in the eye when he/she is not telling the truth.
I would say that this guy who is looking at your lips very much fancies you and is wondering what it would be like to kiss you. It may be that he might be a bit shy: he is most certainly not bored! You've pulled!

He could be starring at you because you are a familiar face out there in the crowd. And that he does cherish your friendship and you being there to support him. Cuddling when drunk does not constitute that he has feelings for you but it does show that he respects you since he hasn't done more. So as long as your friendship is working go with the flow and see where it goes. You have nothing to lose and a good friend for sure. But you know just maybe if when you are there listening and someone kind of flirts with you and maybe starts up a conversation it wouldn't hurt to flirt back and see if he gets a little jealous. Maybe that is what he needs to make a move . And if he doesn't get jealous then who knows you might meet a great guy to date . Its a win/win situation if you ask me.

Almost certainly it means he fancies you. However, remember that males are attracted to many different women. It doesn't necessarily mean he wants a relationship. If you like the look of him, why not see if you can talk to him eg at the coffee/water machine

my guess is he really likes you. the eyes are the window to the soul.as for him looking at you lips he probarbly is thinking what it might be like if he kissed them, it depends what you are doing with them at the time i.e licking them a lot will tell him that you are game. why not strike up a conversation with him, he might be the shy type.

Sometimes it's hard to tell. I would say usually it does mean something, although once this guy was giving me the eye a lot and my mates noticed it too, but I found out he was gay!!! Dunno if he was bi, but there was definite eye contact!!!!

Eye contact is really important. It's a very basic animal instinct in humans. It's one of the first signs of interest...... I hope it is welcome, otherwise it might freak me out....just check teeth for spinach!
