Absolutely. Some people are pros at it. For whatever reason.....a few may be: they are too 'nice and polite' to show there true feelings....they want something from you either now or potentially in the future, so it is to their advantage to be 'nice' to you......they are master game players who enjoy manipulating or deceiving....they are professionals, whose job it is to maintain a good relationship with you, no matter how they truly feel.......the list goes on..
