Back in the day of floppies, I had a girl tell me she couldn't fit floppy #3 into the drive no matter how hard she tried. It was because she didn't take out #1 or #2 yet and was trying to shove in a third on top.

The runner-up is from nearly a decade ago when people asked about the cup holder since they didn't know what a CD-Rom drive was. Funny, sad, and true all rolled into one.
