Not all wars are disgusting. Wars which begin for freedom .... any grand cause are the once which are extremly grand in nature.
Wherewars which are fought for religion are the worst once, all other which are initiated for money - land - oil etc etc are all equally bad.

Not just one, but every civil war in the history of the world. It's disturbing how many people can just turn on "their own" at a drop of a hat.

All wars are. It would be nice if all governments would just respect one another, leave each other the hell alone and take care of their people. But unfortunately, most political leaders are clowns and worry about number one. As private citizens, we all should do the same.

Any war you enter without a full commitment to win. Korea, Vietnam, Gulf I, Gulf II, you get the idea.
If you are not committed to win, your efforts will never reach maximum and in the end it just costs lives with no real change being effected.

The one you attempt to fight that is designed to not offend global sensibilities. The one you try to fight in a politically correct manner. The one you attempt to fight without hurting anyone or their feelings. Kind of like the one we are fighting in Iraq. It's past the time for taking off the gloves. Let our military do what they know how to do.
