THIS HAS HAPPENED ALL TO OFTEN..A CERTAIN RACE OF PEOPLE WILL BUY THEIR CHICKEN FROM THE CORNER STORE AND START EATING IT AS THEY WALK HOME..BY THE TIME THEY ARE FINISHED, THE BONES END UP IN MY YARD!!! THIS IS PISSING ME OFF!! WHAT WOULD YOU DO??

Well "old guy" obviously you should had worded your question differently. Bet you thought when typing it, the thought of losing at cards never crossed your mind huh? You should have just used the word "punks" or phrased it "selfish individuals" or something of the like.
The way people are today, you really have to watch how and when you do or say things. Well mainly because people are so thin skinned anymore, you can get killed just for telling them "not to do something" but most likely the only thing that would happen is they do it even more.
Why? Well because they know they can, plus you would probably find things of yours damaged or destroyed after confronting them about it. Noticed how some were not the least bit concerned about your problem?
The only thing they seen was that you happen to mention a certain group, not knowing exactly who you were referring to. You never did point out a certain ethnic group, they just assumed who you were talking about.
As for the problem you face, you'll first just have to try and ask them NOT to throw garbage in your yard. Try and be nice about it and see what their reaction is. If that doesn't work, not much you are going to be able to do about it I'm afraid.
For one they know you can't do anything to them, for if you do .. they'll not only have the law on their side, but sue you into oblivion. As for the silly suggestions about putting up a garbage can or a sign .. yeah right. Just something else for them to mess with, leaving you to clean up their mess anyway.

First off all, lets just take race out of this. There are certain people who keep doing this over and over. Try putting a sign up that says "please don't litter" or something to that effect.
Other than sitting outside and waiting for them to come by, there might not be much to prevent it, and the cops sure have bigger things to attend to.
If you can bring yourself to do it, and really don't want the trash in the yard, put a trash bag or can there for them to throw the bones in.

What's with all this e-yelling? The Mexican construction workers next door are constantly leaving their food wrappers in my yard. I pick them up and toss them in the back of their trucks. Some people have absolutely no class. Sounds like your neighbors were raised in a barn, too. I'd collect the bones and place them in their yard. Better yet, hit one up side the head with one when they are walking by. I just have no tolerance for slugs like that.

First take your caps lock key off...that's tough to read and cyber-yelling.
Next, all you can do is clean them up. There are people who will never be respectful of others property, doesn't matter what color they are (people of all races have individuals who are pigs). You could try addressing them as they do this and asking they not discard their bones in your yard...you may or may not have favorable results.
At least the bones will eventually biodegrade or get carried off by animals. As unsightly and annoying as I'm sure it is, I'd dislike trash (paper, plastic, metal, etc) worse.

I lived out in the country for many years and people driving by thought it was OK to throw out their garbage and litter. Not only that, the fencing would capture any blowing litter by so it was a helluva clean-up job. We had to stay on top of it. There is nothing you can do. Sadly. Just accept it as one of the liabilities of your location and clean it up. No place is perfect. PS - you might want to examine your heart. I've noticed people of "other" races being thoughtless, careless, sloppy, and low-down.

Why did you insert the words, "a certain race" in your question. Sounds like you may be biased against "a certain race." Do you fear members of this "certain race?"
First, I also disapprove of their manners. Secondly, why don't you just go out and politely tell them not to litter your yard. You may be surprised how friendly, courteous, and co-operative they may be.

put up a sign saying YOUR CHICKEN BONES KILLED MY CAT YOU LITTERING A@#HOLE ...even if you dont have a cat. or like lost and found says grab up the bones and give em back to them ...your lucky atleast they are not leaving crack pipes and needles ...like the certain race of people(slob junkys white and black) did in my yard ..

Hey you down there,
You're talking about us "assuming" who he is talking about (which I do not recall doing) while you in fact are assuming that they are vandals of some sort. Why not handle the situation like an adult over conversation. I have often thrown biodegradable matter(ei; apple core, banana peal etc.) and not once did it cross my mind it could be offensive. Had I known I simply wouldn't do it:o)
