Yes, you should let her know otherwise you will never know what her feelings are for you.Dont rush but keep the process slow and steady.I will also suggest you to get into the next level only If you know that she is mature enough to keep the friendship intact after knowing about your intense feelings for her.
Tell her honestly and frankly that you have feelings for her in a very gentle way without attempting any crazy ideas coz that may scare her away.Keep the conversation simple.
If she is into you she will let you know or you will get a very positive response from her.
Finally,i wish you a very Happy and Prosperous New Year,2007.
I wish she has similar feelings for you and give you all that love and care you desire.
Good Luck!

well, I am in the same boat with ya. I had a boyfriend who was out of state. We we're the same age and right now we're not together because of the parents (his not mine). But from the start we hit it off real good. We have good conversation, we understand each other, we like each other for who we are, etc. But from the start we been going out together til this past June, and right now we're just friends. But its good because before every good relationship is a good friendship. You have to be friends before being lovers. You get it? So, if you think that there might be something, go on and tell her. She might be thinking the same thing but dont want say anything cause you might think she's just crazy or something. Even though me and my boy like each other and been out before, I would still like him to make the first move. hope this helps
