I think it's coming back. It's so extremely uncool that it becomes cool again. - Oops, I think "cool" is still "uncool". As is "uncool"... Oh, well, just wait a few years, they'll come back, too...

It's actually a word, not a phrase...and I use it (42 yr old female). Picked it up again a number of years ago...not sure what prompted it.
