Read the books, learn the game, practice the game.

There are no shortcuts to this. Like any other skill you need to invest lots of time and effort to become good at this.

Whatever limit you play keep playing it until you have three losing sessions. Then if you do, move down to the next limit down. If you have three consecutive winning sessions, move up. In this way you should be able to find a good limit that you can consistently beat.
