You can lose weight by exercising more often and eating healthier foods like celery, carrots, bananas, and oranges. Cut down on your fat intake, like meats and oils. Don't eat snacks or snack foods, like chips, nilla wafers, etc. When we snack we tend to eat to much, so substitute your in between meals with celery, (celery actually makes you lose more weight then you are in taking since it's mostly water based).Replace your snacks with an eight once glass of water. Buy drinking water instead of soda, you are decreasing your sugar intake. Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day to lose your water weight, (2-5 lbs). Continue drinking water instead of soda, seltzer, etc. Try not to eat desert because that is unusable energy since you go to bed directly after wards. Follow these tips and you should be good to go, but the main key is exercise.

Of course diet and exercise is the best thing, but taking a good multi-vitamin everyday will help replace those nutirents that you lose when working out. I work at Vitamin World and we have a great product that is the company's #1 selling diet product called Diet Source. There are four parts to the boxed kit, Thermo Lean (fat burner), Biocleanse (flush out the toxins), Hydro Balance (water regulator pill) and Omega Lean (CLA). There is a one month supply regular $89.99, but customers can save 30% making it $59.95 and you get a free Savings Passport Card. This is a FREE for LIFE discount card. On every first Monday and Tuesday of each month customers can buy any Vitamin World product at buy 1 get 1 FREE (same product)! On every other day, it is buy 1 get one (same product) at 50% off. Most third party brands are 30 to 40% off msrp everyday!!!!

I agree with the first answer. Do not expect fast results, at least not fast results that last. You know the simple formula, decrease how much you eat a bit and burn more calories through movement/exercise. One pound lost per week is a safe pace at which to lose weight. I know it is hard to be that patient, but that is what it takes.

By changing your habits permanently into healthy ones. Limit your calories by eating natural high nutrition food. Only eat a little junk food to satisfy the craving, once you implement your new routine your body will detox and will not crave for unhealthy food. I suggest you buy and read a book or books on nutrition written by a nutritionist. Good Luck!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
