You can't make yourself like something. It's ok. Not all people like eggs. Your mom will understand.

Options:

If they are boiled: Chopped them up and mix them with a little mayonaise and spread on sandwich then add lettuce etc.

If they are scrambled: Add chopped sausages to them, and make a sandwich using two slices of toast.

If an Omellete: Add melted cheese, Heinz beans or spaghetti to it.

If you have them everyday ask your mom in a real nice way if you could lessen the number of times you have eggs during the week. I am sure if you ask her and compliment her you will get round it. Best of Luck.

Well, you could just eat them anyway. But, do they have enough seasoning?

How are they cooked? Scrambled? If scrambled, try putting a little salsa on top. Fried? try some cheese
