yes you can. if one parent is positive and one is negative then they can have a positive child. if the positive parent carries the negative gene you could also have a negative child.

no a child always has the fathers same blood. that is one thing amazing about the human body. the baby will share everything with it mother but the blood. they will never touch bloods. crazy.
