I have tryed to subscribe several times but it never takes my card and I dont understand because I do have money in this account--please help

If your trying to subscrive to Yahoo, they wouldn't take our card since there is NO CHARGE for subscription.
If your trying to subscribe to some other business then maybe they don't accept cards, but beware of anyone who doesn't - they might be con artists - take the cash and run or don't deliver.
If it's a legitimate business and they don't accept your card, call the card company at the toll free number on the back of the card and explain your situation and see why you card is not going through. They should be able to clear it up for you.

Some payment processors do not accept debit cards. Try using a credit card.
