When it comes down to it, the only thing that will work is discipline. It takes discipline to eat better. It takes discipline to exercise. There are thousands of diet fads which will "help" you lose the weight temporarily, but only healthy eating and proper exercise will allow you to honestly slim down.
For me, what worked was taking up running and eating well. I run Monday - Wednesday and again on Friday. For the most part, I became a near vegetarian. The only meat I eat is tuna. (Without the mayo, it's high in protein and low in fat.) Instead of two slices of bread, I use one wrap for my sandwiches. (It cuts the calories and the carbs - which if unused turn straight to sugar and then fat - in half) But it still comes down to discipline. I still hate to run, and I would love to eat a thick porterhouse. But I would rather weigh 125 lbs instead of 175 lbs.

You have good time, so you can loose the weight properly and keep it off. First, start exercising, alot! It helps soooo much and I know its hard to start, but once you get going it will get easier and will definetly pay off.
Start running and walking alot, and start going to the gym. If going to the gym is not an option (since I know, I cant it is rather expensive) Get some weights and other things you can use at home. Get a fitness book or print off some exercises online. Make sure you do some everyday, since you are losing weight you have to exercise quite a bit.
Second, eating right is very important. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and protein. Search online for low calorie foods and recipes to get ideas, it gets quite fun when you can find all different types of recipes! Cookinglight is a great magazine, so try buying that aswell. Drink mostly only water, and LOTS of it. Milk is good aswell, so make sure you get at least 3 servings of calcium a day because it is very important, but water is the primary drink.
Well Good Luck!

I watched what I ate (like not eating nachos and cheese everyday) how much i ate (like not eating that extra slice of pizza) and when I ate (not after 8 pm). I did cardio at least 3 -4 times a week which was 30 min on the eliptical or steps then a 10 min jog. if i couldn't do that i walked for 45-60 min. and i did leg throws...you know a lot of people say certain diets work and you have to cut this and that out of your diet and you have to sweat like a pig at the gym and all that. just by paying MORE attention to your eating and exercising habits you can be successful. doing all this I lost 10 pounds in 2 months. hope this helps!

i wouldnt use a pill or anything .. that just seems a little fishy to me
my friend stopped eating lunch before her wedding, but that isn't a good idea either
i would try eating healthier and cutting out most junk food (except occasionally because i could never go without any junk food) and maybe try running or even jump roping three times a week for a half hour
my other friend did jump roping and lost 10 pounds in two months and is still going .. it really isn't too physical and it doesn't involve going to a gym or anything .. all you need is a jump rope
i hope you have a great wedding !

Of course diet and exercise is the best thing, but taking a good multi-vitamin everyday will help replace those nutirents that you lose when working out. I work at Vitamin World and we have a great product that is the company's #1 selling diet product called Diet Source. There are four parts to the boxed kit, Thermo Lean (fat burner), Biocleanse (flush out the toxins), Hydro Balance (water regulator pill) and Omega Lean (CLA). There is a one month supply regular $89.99, but customers can save 30% making it $59.95 and you get a free Savings Passport Card. This is a FREE for LIFE discount card. On every first Monday and Tuesday of each month customers can buy any Vitamin World product at buy 1 get 1 FREE (same product)! On every other day, it is buy 1 get one (same product) at 50% off. Most third party brands are 30 to 40% off msrp everyday!!!!

i determined the handbook to be very informative and accessible to study. i have lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm merely irritating that i'm dropping too much weight, too in a timely fashion. i am going to admit I easily have not followed the consultant precisely. i'm now not sticking completely to the listed food and meal plans (inspite of the indisputable fact that by and great) and doing little or no agency, inspite of the indisputable fact that the burden keeps flying off. It for sure works and if i might want to followed it precisely i have self assurance it would want to scare the residing daylights out of me because of the volume that i might want to lose. So thanks once extra for the understanding. i have lower than no circumstances offered something like this in the previous than because they're in all likelihood full of trash, inspite of the indisputable fact that 3WD has been a impressive marvel. Get began at present!
