Avarice is another word for greed and is a selfish desire to obtain objects, wealth or money. Gluttony is the over-indulgence of food and drink.

avarice - "insatiable greed for riches; inordinate, miserly desire to gain and hoard wealth"

gluttony - "excessive eating and drinking."

You could have easily used your dictionary to discover this. Looks like they are nothing alike unless you make a connection between the two with "greed"

Glutton generally has to do with food, avarice with wealth.
