According to T-mobile, all their plans include no cost for long distance or roaming.

If you have unlimited long distance, it won't cost you anything.

Some T-Mobile plans are regional (unlimited in California or unlimited in the tri-state area). Make sure that your plan is unlimited long distance in addition to nights and weekends.

Most mobile plans include long distance calling at no extra charge. Check your plan docs to be sure but you're probably good to go.

If you have the Nationwide plan it would not cost you. If you have the local calling area plan...you might be screwed.

Use http://www.telthreeadvantage.com/
this for international calls. It is much cheaper.
