I think it is about women's rise to power in the world. A woman's foot, wearing a boot that suggests dominant femininity, is poised to kick a ball -- a rather obvious symbol of the "war between the sexes." Look at where the men have their hands and their expressions -- their masculinity is threatened. The woman standing with the men is more bemused by the possibility, she is considering the balance of power. The office setting suggests a historically male-dominated arena. I think the image does not so much portray the reality of a female in power (cruel "ball-busters") but suggests different reactions and preconceptions of what powerful women signify. IMHO, as a woman who has held positions of authority in a male-dominated profession! ;-)

Honestly, I hate it. Sorry but I see it a commercial image used to market an idea, which is fine, were it not for the fact that commercialism is slowly taking over society. Everyone has an opinion and that is mine. It is a good picture; I just hate what it represents.

Symbolic of how a boss can dish out punishment. No particular person it's aimed at, but someone's going to get it because she's mad. Regardless if the anger hits someone or not, everyone knows she's angry, and so does she.

That's why I drive a truck instead of working in an office where they create their own little world.

Domineering boss has got her staff protecting their assets. Could have used a man boss but not appropriate with the woman in there and using a woman is more powerful with a very high and dominatrix type boot. Workplace insurance anyone??

It looks to me like the people in view are protecting his/her most venerable spot. Like perhaps the person out of the picture is a tough contender out for "blood."

To me, it is trying to show that men and women both have weaknesses, but in certain things, they can both excel compared to the other gender.
