looks like they're all scared the booted foot is going to kick that soccer ball right into their heads. the second guy from the right looks like my freshman algebra teacher mr. goodell. hahahaha.

Perhaps it's trying to convey that women in the workplace have power or are equal in ability as men. And if any men get in her way, their nether regions will suffer, hence the winced looks from the men and the confident one from the only female.
