Three weeks ago, I changed my eating habits. I eat fruits for breakfast, then a proper lunch and then veges for dinner. I drink gallons of water everyday. I laid off chocolates, butter and potato chips. I exercise for up to 2 hours everyday (aerobics). How long can I expect to meet my goal weight : 40kgs?

If you are able to keep up your regimen, and you make sure that you are eating enough of the right foods (including vitamins!) this should take about 3months.

Don't change you eating habits, they might effect you health. Do exercise regularly but not continuously. Give more time to exercise and work out for a month or two. You will get the results.
