I can click the bones in my neck and fingers, is this bad?

Everyone always says i'll get arthritis in my fingers, but not sure about my neck, I feel like I need to do it, if that makes sense!!

What's the first thing a Chiropractor does when you go in his office? He CRACKS your back and neck.

Though many people believe it will cause arthritis, it won't. I've been cracking many of my joints, and the only one to show any signs of arthritis is my shoulder, one joint I have NEVER cracked.

I do the same thing. I kinda have a bad neck from a wreck i was in but i've always popped my fingers ...i been doing it for like 20 yrs and i'm 34 now.....no arthritis, so i really don't thing it hurts anything, but then again, i'm not a doctor.

makes plenty of sense i crack my toes,my neck,an my fingers my mother does her wrists an my grandma used to do her fingers she tells me not to do it an my mother not to but its like its a nerves habit you cant help it you just do it with out even relizing it i have gotten better about it but i know my fingers will get fat because of i an i will have arthrites an i have gotten better about my neck i almost never pop it so i dont think i will in my neck but yes you can have arthritis in your neck if you continue to do it advice get a rubber band put it on your wrist an pop it on your wrist every time you do it soon enough you will be able to cut the habit
