You can't say "how are you" in Korean. I'm pretty sure you can't even say it in Japanese, and Chinese too.

The phrase "how are you" is not what we use to greet people. As I have taught English to my friends and family back in Korea they always think the phrase "how are you" is such an oddity. It is used as a greeting by you Westerners (I know German and Spanish have their equivalents) , but literally, it means "how are you? Doing okay??". I have to explain that this is not used literally, but as a greeting, and the only reply you should really use is "fine. you?"

Sorry :(

But here's a list of basic words and phrases in Korean.

엄마 (om-ma) - mom
아빠 (ah-ppa) - dad
Nice to meet you - 반갑슴니다. Ban-kap-seum-nee-da.

Sorry but I don't speak Korean - 죄송하지만 전 한국말 못해요. Jwe-song-ha-ji-man jun Han-guk-mal mot-he-yo.

Do you speak English? - 영어 할줄 아세요? Yeong-uh hal hul aseh-yo?

I don't understand. - 이해 못하겠어요. - ee-hae mot-ha-ge-ssu-yo

Please speak slowly. 천천히 말해주세요. chun-chun-hee mal-hae-ju-seh-yo.

My name is...- 내 이름은 (name)임니다. Nae ee-rum-un (name)eem nee da.

I come from... - 전 (country)에서 왔음니다. Jun (country)eh-suh wassum nee da.

Republic of Korea - 대한민국 Dae-Han-Min-Guuk.
South Korea - 남한. Nam-han.

Democratic People's Republic of Korea (or as North Koreans prefer, Democratic People's Republic of Choson) - 조선민주주의인민공화국 - Joseon Min-joo-joo-ui Inmin Gong-hwa-guuk.
North Korea - 북한

US - 미국 mee guuk (lit. "beautiful country")
UK - 영국 young guuk
Europe - 유럽
