I didnt used to suffer bad hangovers up to the age of about 21, between 21 and 26, my hangovers have been absolute killers, wiping me out for the whole day, and they're getting worse. Please tell me this reverses itself and one day I'll be able to go on the sesh and still function the next day?!

What were you doing having hangovers before age 21-the legal drinking age? The hangovers will continue to get worse as you get older. As we age the body functions differently and if you have been drinking heavily enough to have had hangovers before age 21, you may have enough liver damage that it can't process the alcohol very well anymore. Might be a good idea to have your doctor run some liver function tests.

Stop drinking after a couple of hours;then drink a ton of water. As far as the age factor,I don't think it makes much of a difference. If you over-indulge on sauce, you're going to get dehydrated and feel like **** the next day--whether you are 21 or 71!

Most of us get smarter as we get older and don't binge. If you are experiencing hangovers on a regular basis (once a week or more) you definitely have a drinking problem. Once or twice a year happens to most of us, but that doesn't mean it is good.

No you will always feel bad after. The key is to drink sensibly and to drink water regularly throughout the `sesh' if you reduce the alcohol that you consume and maintain hydration you tend to recover quicker.

There are pills they sell over in Walgreens that you can take to prevent hangovers. Take them before a night of drinking. They're supposed to work well.

Nope, they are going to get worse, because your internal organs such as liver, kidneys and brain are going to get exhausted by the misuse
