No, I had fried chicken wings and red beans and rice and they really don't make good leftovers....too bad though because they were off the hook! The red beans are good leftovers, but they got eaten all up last night....lol

Yup! I have leftover ham casserole that I threw together after work last night. Quite tasty, actually! I'm trying to use up the leftover ham that was a Christmas gift.
Today, the remainder will be turned into Italian White Bean soup with Chard, and then frozen for my "Emergency Meals".

We're at my in-laws so they're not my leftovers, but yes, last night we had leftovers from the week for supper. It was like a buffet, kind of good actually, followed by pie a la mode, eggnog, and champagne later. Happy New Year!

None. I made hot crab dip, greenbeans w/bacon & garlic and golden rum cake (with Gosling's Black Seal rum) for a party (there was alot of food there) and it is gone, gone, gone!
Crab dip was the first to go.

I do have some pot roast in the freezer from earier in the week. Looks like French Dips tonight!

No, it is tradition for us to throw out all of the leftovers before midnight and cook something new for the new year.

We did all kinds of finger foods yesterday and today we will do pork and sauerkraut.
