Will America lose another 111 service members in January, 2007. We lost 111 in December of 2006. We now have over 3000 dead.
We have over 30,000 wounded, the occupation if Iraq has lasted longer than WW11. a full 60 percent of the dead were under 25 years old. 62 of the dead were women. Ohio lost 138. Only 20 percent were classified as non hostile deaths. Of the dead 24 were only 18 years old. Half of the 3000 dead died from a faceless, Cowardly enemy remotely detonated IEDs, improvised explosive devices.
WE need end the occupation of Iraq. Take our service members out of Iraq's civil war.
Write your Senator now, tell them to cut off the money. Any more dead in the occupation of Iraq will fall on the shoulders of Democrats. The people have spoken. Now Democrats must do their duty and Congress must shut off the money.

The death of Americas service members is very serious issue, they gave all. Some like to spit on the grave of those who do their duty. Some Republicans even fall back on "we lose more in car accidents". These types are too stupid to know that if we were not in occupation of Iraq they would not be dead, they would be still with the familys they love. We lost 58,000 in Nam before the brain dead were forced to end the occupation. GOD help us all if we sit back and except one more dead in Iraqs civil war. GOD help the familys of those that have died. Yes, I am hurt, i am also sadened by the death of over 3000 brave Americans. I was also hurt by the death of 3000 on Sept. 11th. Iraq had nothing to do with that.

One reason we suffered so many casualties, especially in the beginning, was because of funding being cut to critical military needs such as armor for vehicles and personnel. There were many families who purchased body armor for their sons and daughters in harms way. It is unfortunate that many of those in congress think nothing of cutting critical programs which will result in many deaths and blame their political opponents for their decisions. I would like to see us out of Iraq, but not until things are more stable. If we abruptly pull out, their government will likely fall and a more radical Islamic state will take it's place. And there is no civil war going on in Iraq, but there is a lot of killing. If we were to pull out, there would probably be a very bloody civil war. You should understand that many of those who are doing the killing are from Iran and other radical states and not Iraqi citizens. You can't believe much of what you hear from the media about what is really going on in Iraq. I have spoken to a number of soldiers and have gotten a much different story. I would much rather rely on someone who has actually been there and experienced what is going on first hand than political rhetoric or that from the media. As far as I am concerned, the U.S. media has no credibility.

The new Congressional leadership isn't going to change much with aiding Iraq, which will create a tax burden on citizens.
This is why, the National-Union is supporting M.S. Primus for president in 2008 because his vision is a constructive America, where we can decrease the federal budget and consolidate programs creating a stable surplus, http://www.voteprimous.com

this issue just blows my mind..there is no civil war in Iraq nor is it an occupation,, the only ones in Iraq calling it that or the ones with bombs strapped to their asses..and most of them are not Iraqis,, 90% of the population there are on their knees in some cases blessing American for taking them out of world of evil leaders and giving them a shot at freedom..
our forefathers in this country knew this,,
which is why it is mentioned in the declaration of Independence
that those with the power to stand up for the rights of the others that cant are morally obligated to do stand up for freedom,!!
those of us who believe this are the people that give the stick you heads in the sand the right to complain in the comfort of you pot smoked homes

Wouldn't that be something to see: Congress actually doing something about Iraq instead of just complaining about it.
