iam reading a book about combining food, proteins example, fish, meat , milk, eggs
carbohydrate like, bread , rice, biscuit, pasta,
the books says do not ever mix protein with carbohydrate, but still protein can be eaten beside vegetables, and carbohydrate besides vegetables, never ever mix protein and carbohydrate , however some vegetables got mixture of protein and carbohydrate in little amount

Proteins and carbs are very different and processed differently by the body. Do some research online. There's much information out there on which foods have a high protien and a high carb content, and you can also find out how the body uses each, and how they differ.

Easier to do your own research than rely on people to post here, because some will knowingly or unknowingly share misinformation.

Actually, foods that contains proteins are fish, meat, chicken, eggs, milk... they help your body to create tissues. Carbos are found in candies or sweet bread and they help you to gain energy.
