You cant make your hair grow faster.
Everyones hair grows approximately an inch a month. I know it never looks like your hair is growing, because of the slow rate in which it grows, but if you dye or highlight your hair, then it becomes fairly obvious that it does grow lol!!
People do say that if you cut your hair regularly, then it helps it grow a little quicker.....by cutting your hair drastically, it will only help strengthen your hair, not make it grow faster.
There are many products out there that claim to make your hair grow faster, but I dont believe that these are the best option for everyone.
If you want longer hair, maybe you could try for extensions. A bit expensive, but its instant and you can take them out when you get bored of them.

Stimulation of the scalp is what makes your hair grow. That's why people say to brush it alot because your're stimulating your scalp when you do that. I once had my hair cut really short and (this may seem strange but it worked). I used a body massager, the kind with finger-like tips, 20 mins a day. I massaged my scalp with it and I made sure to keep my hair conditioned really well. My hair has never grown so fast.

Regular trims..Keeps in good condition..I have a "splitender" and it takes the very ends off my split ends. Still use your hair dresser if you want a specific style and shape kept in..U just run through like a comb..Its left my hair healthy and shiny and i colour my hair at home always..yet am always complimented on how healthy it looks.Follow with a light shining spritz or serum but not too much or hair looks greasy. Hope this helps.

Cutting your hair to make it grow faster is WRONG. It does make it healthier, but not grow faster. Pills and shampoos make such a small difference that they're not worth the money. If you're unsatisfied with your hair because of its length, try styling it different ways - I assure you you'll find something that you like :)

I heard that if you cut your hair that it will help it grow faster because you are cutting off the dead ends and it is much healthier. Also...I have heard of this shampoo called "mane and tail" its actually horse shampoo but it is known for making your hair grow faster and you can find it at the drug store

My friend was telling me the other day that she used to take Perfectil (from Boots) to make her nails grow faster but she stopped using it because it made her hair grow too quickly. I'm desperate for my hair to grow fast so I'm going to give it a try. I have used Nourikin (from: http://www.lifes2good.com), which is quite expensive but certainly makes your hair stronger

Try using a shampoo called "Mane and Tail". You can buy it at Wal-Mart.
Also, I know it sounds bad, but don't wash your hair everyday. This can cause split ends and your hair to dry out. The hair needs it's natural oils. If you have a couple of days off, just don't wash it, keep it pulled back or something if you need to.
