If you are talking about an obi for Japanese swordsmanship, there are many martial arts stores online that have them. Bugei.com has some nice ones. I purchased mine from Japan through Maruhachi, a clothing company (...and they have some beautiful stuff! ^_^).

try museum replicas. they have baldrics, belts, frogs, ect. and some really good swords.
