He was the lesser of the evils in the last election, however he has strayed away from why he was elected in the first place, he is not a bad president, he is not a good one either, he is misguided and stubborn.

George Bush is a wanna be president. His first stay was pretty much orchestrated by his dad and all those around him. His second term is him trying to make all his former vociferation's hold true. In other words, no to a good president. A good president shows progress within his term (s) of office... something Bush has failed to do. He is trying his best to leave office showing he did the right thing when pronouncing war with Iraq in order to obtain the bad guy.
Remember the real mastermind behind 9-11? He never did, or will, catch all those involved, some, but not Osama Bin Laden. His words and promises will come back to haunt him in history. The failed closure and promises are due, in large part, to his incompetency. However, I am sure he, his wife, children, parents and those who adore him think he's the best thing that's ever come down the pike. Unfortunately, no one told them it was under repairs and George W. took the wrong detour.

George W. Bush is the wrong man at a time when the country needed a creative thinker and one who had a thorough understanding of the issues. His appointments were based on loyalty not ability and his foreign policy decisions were underscored with arrogance and ignorance. He may have the best intentions but he has little depth of understanding. Much of the world was dumbfounded when he was elected for a second time.

Over the past month many leading historians in Washington were asked this very question; and they were also asked to rate him against all other US presidents. The opinions did not very widely. He came out as the worst president ever among many historians. Bush did not rate higher than fifth worst. I believe history will not be kind to George W.

On Taxes and the economy he's terrific. On war policies he's no different than a democrat and that's not good. We Americans need to make sure whoever we elect to President, Senator, or Congressman that if we get involved in a conflict that we go in with the intention of winning and getting out within a year and letting them know that if we have to come back we will totally destroy them. If a war drags on it takes its toll on our citizens. My feelings on Iraq. We've been there too long. We need to make a quick buildup, secure the borders, put the Iraqi Army in place and get out. In doing that warn all middle east countries to stay out. If they don't heed, zap them with deadly force. We do that one time and there won't be many problems after that for several years.

I think he is alright. I know there are some people who aren't too happy with the whole war in Iraq, etc. Some argues about he is not putting too much into bringing the economy, etc. There's only so much they can do, there are more problems than solutions, as always. As far as the war goes, I think he is doing what a good president is supposed to do. If he didn't do anything after 9-11, what message would we be sending to the world? Oh hey, come and attack our people and we won't doo anything about it.

I think he is a very good President. By the way he finished higher in his class than Kerry did.

My older brother in America complained about a few of Bush's policies.
I'd rather be complaining about his policies than my country being attacked and pushed around.
I'm British, btw.
