Most Americans are WAY beyond race. Holding individuals today resposible for events that happened centuries ago is childish and smacks of denial. I believe that if the pro-illegals stopped their overdependence on the race card, they'd have little in the way of facts to support their position. What do YOU think?

I don't believe race has a lot to do with this issue -- you can call me names for my opinion - that's okay, I have been called racist and a Nazi and worse. The people that want illegals in the country - have nothing else to fall back on - so they attack using race. It upsets people that want a logical discussion about immigration and they shut up rather than being labeled.

I have a problem with the" illegal " part of immigration.
Come to a country by legal means that is all I ask. I don't care if you are purple with orange spot and teeth in your toes. File the paperwork and come to the country legally . Don't skip ahead of everyone else in line - people don't like it at stores, banks or we are taught it is wrong in elementary school.
Take your turn and follow the rules of law. Is that so hard ?
Why should we be told it is okay to break the law it this matter - but other crimes must be punished?
Every law should be followed or legally changed or no law has a reason for being.

Anyone who really loves this country and everything America stands for has to be anti illegal,Pro illegals as far as I can tell just want the cheap labor as it benifits them when they compete with other companies to get rich, they dont see the long term consicuences. Also I believe our politicians are leaning toward amnesty simply for the votes, when elections are over that will be the end of it,To many Americans would not stand for it. They have done theyre part the legal way,and will not stand for others just to come in free and demand the same rights.

I think you are correct.Calling all Americans racists is their only defense for their illegal actions.I have yet to see any illegal alien supporter post real honest facts from a reliable source to back up their views. Its easier to throw down the tired old worn out race card and hope it shuts up the other side. Its not working anymore,I agree I am not guilty of anything that was done in this nation hundreds of years ago.All nations have bloody history's.I am not ashamed of anything my ancestors did .But just as I cant take blame I also cant take the glory of the good they have done either. We must create our own legacy. We must fight to preserve what they fought so hard for.The freedoms we enjoy in this nation today. This nations soil runs red with the blood of all our ancestors. They carved out this nation, and we MUST protect it.We must preserve it and its freedoms for all legal Americans of all colors all races and all heritages.

I am driven by fact, truth and intelligence ,not emotion like the pro illegal alien supporters are.

You are 1000% correct. That is the only excuse they can come up with is the race card. If they would learn to speak English and become US Citizens then there would be no race issue.

I agree. They have no way to argue the term illegal so they use the race card. Which only serves to show their true self.

That you have put it better than I could. They only pay the race card for knee jerk reaction. I am getting tired of it and I think the rest of the country is to. I would like to slap the piss out of the idiot that told them to compare the Mexican wall to the Berlin wall. No shame, absolutely no shame.

Yes it is. The ANTI-ILLEGAL are just that anti ILLEGAL regardless of race or country of origin. The U.S Border Patrol caught over 100 different nationalities last fiscal year alone.

Yes. They also confuse race with culture and religion. Racism is an overused word these days that has lost it's original meaning.
