Does it mean to relent ?. Is there another meaning ?and can u put it in a sentence ?

It means to be persuaded against one's inclinations. An extreme form of this would be duress, when a person is forced to do the thing in question. At the other end of the scale, when only light pressure is applied, a person can be described as being cajoled into doing something.

It is possible to use this expression in a sentence "Under some pressure from X he agreed to do so." or to express it using an alternative form: "He reluctantly agreed to do this."

It means to allow someone to unduly influence you in making a decision. OR It could mean that there is a tight deadline in which to complete the task.

Duress. If you feel forced to do something, and do it, you are in a state of duress. "I signed that contract under duress, since he was pointing a gun at my head".
