It is so hard to choose I love all of them but the top of my list are

Probably Emeril. He "taught" me a lot about cooking back when he just started on the food network, and I knew nothing about cooking. That was before he had the studio audience and the band and all. He seems to truly enjoy what he does.
Second favorite is Michael Chiarello, but I can't say exactly why. Probably because his company is here in Napa. He's just easy to watch.

It has to be chef Gordon Ramsay from Hell's Kitchen. If you can get past his arrogance....The man is a true genius and under all that annoying veneer or rudeness and arrogance, I beleive he has a heart of gold. We have seen it when he likes one of the contestants or when he appreciates the good work done by one of them.

It has to be Emeril Lagasse- I love to watch him cook! He is so entertaining- Makes everything look good to eat! He could be rolled in mud and still look good
