My personal regimen is
1 day of water only. Nothing else. No food no other beverages.

take about 3 cloves of garlic with some pinnapple juice or any kind of fruit drink, but pinapple juice works bet an a few bananas to sooth the taste put it all in the blender until garlic is all bustest up to tiny pieces drink it down you might even feel high after drinking it. do this about once a week when you are not going any where because you will smell like garlic for a while. after your body is cleansed stay on a healthy diet avoid meat, cheese and dairy. http://www.notmilk.com

Just good old water - fast for 24 hours and drink nothing but water. The only way to cleanse you system without harming it with special "teas" and herbs.

Laxatives are the surefire way to "cleanse" your system. But going on a fruit fast helps too. Drink plenty of warm fluids with high fiber products that AREN'T also high in calories and fat. I recommend any vegetables (raw or steamed, NOT fried), or breakfast cereals that are LOW in sugar, HIGH in fiber (Kashi brand, Nature's Path brand...). Watch caloric intake, because in order to "flush" your body, you don't want to back it up with fatty foods and excess calories.
Always have non-caloric beverages (water, brewed tea) in hand. Try having some vegetable broth for dinner ONLY for a week or two.

when i was younger and wanted to "cleanse" my body i fasted for 3 days. nothing but herbal tea's water and Melba toast plain. sorry if this isn't technically fasting to me it was. I only ate the toast a little cant go 3 days without eating anything. it seemed to help me wish i could have that willpower and endurance now.

by cleanse out your body, i'm going to assume that you mean flush your bowels. and for that you can eat alot of fiber and water. a laxative is possible, but if abused or overused they can hurt you more than help. they can throw off your electrolytes. good luck.

eat a clean, healthy diet for a few days, drink a lot of water and get a lot of sleep. do something enjoyable and relaxing, when u are up.
