I've never heard of any particular exercise that actually prevents growth however it is wise to avoid heavy lifting until your long bones have finished growing. This includes all your long bones and therefore every exercise in the gym. If you do heavy lifting before you have stopped growing you can slow down growth and do damage.

This does NOT mean that you cannot get benefit from exercise before you are fully grown. You can. Everyone can benefit from regular exercise.

If you focus on light weights, stetching and cardio until you finish growing, you will be in a better starting position to start training heavy when you do stop growing, if indeed that is what you really want.

You shouldn't be in a hurry to pack on muscle mass. It will happen naturally anyway and then you can assist it by proper training. Trying too hard to pack on muscle mass too soon is putting the cart before the horse. Use your natural biological program to your advantage instead of trying to fight against it.

This is only true if you are still young and are actively growing in height.
Try to avoid weight bearing exercises. Jumping, running, stretching...All of these are great. However, lifting heavy weights and stressing muscle bulking rather than cardiovascular exercise may hinder growth to its maximum potential.

I know that gymnastics tends to stunt growth because of the impact made to joints. However, I do not believe that there are any gym exercises you can do to prevent growth.
