You aren't the only one that deals with this. The bible tells us that in the end times, hearts will harden. I'm not sure when that is, but the more I see, the more I believe it seems close. Don't look for another job, just look at what else you may need to do. Remember, deep, dark valleys, make us appreciate the mountain tops even more. God may allow you to walk through a darker valley in order to sharpen or renew your senses to Him. Don't look for a way out. Just ask Him where He is leading you where you are at. But,,,,,be willing to go wherever that may be.

Friend don't let things like that get to you, That has happened to every True Christians, That is satan way of trying to cause you to give up on God, I have been a Christian for over 36 yrs. & I faced the same thing, I have always said the best testimony is one where a True Christian can let the people see God in your life Then to testify to something & can't live it, The bible says there is nothing that can seperate us from the love of God. I am now retired, Not because of their teasing, that did not bother me, as you grow older in the Lord, it will go away, I retired, Because They offer it to me with a good pension after 38 yrs working for the same employer. If you let this get to you & drag you down & you go back out into the world they still will make fun of you, They will say, see I told you it was not real. Don't worry about what people thinks, Be pleasing unto God.

Maybe god put you there for a reason. He does this remember. It is your job to witness and live your faith. I use to cuss and carry on but when I got a new job and the old people left and the newer ones came into the dept. like you started changing for the better. If you get out of the closet some others may too. Just practice what you believe. There are more of you out there than you think. Stand up and be strong (do not deny your faith). But do not push your faith just witness from time to time. This is how you are supose to do.

You're making a start by staying away from them. On your lunch hour can you leave the office? If you can, I'd suggest going to a local park or anyplace that you could eat in peace away from your office. If you normally take your lunch, eat in a park. If it's raining, spend the money to eat someplace. If you actually get an hour, once you finish eating, take a walk. Not only will it help get some of your frustrations out, but also it will give you a chance to get into better shape. Put some pictures of thing that make you happy on your desk––loved ones, places you love, etc.

Just start being honest with the people around you. If they start to downgrade someone - say I don't think that...I think Jane is nice.
Just mention you know you shouldn't judge people. When they start talking you could just walk away - when they ask say I just can be around the negativity.
If they talk behind your back - so what - you work there too and they can't fire you.
Is there another department in the company you can work either logistically or another position all together.

I think the problem is that you are hiding who you really are. Be proud of what you believe. They cannot have control over you unless you allow them. Do not allow them. You said you used to love your job. Try to remember what you love about it and focus on that. When you get home, let it all go. Your job is not who you are. Good luck.
May God Bless you. Happy New Year.

I have had this policy for years now. It is like all those what happens in vegas stays in vegas commercials.
I refuse to let the morons bring me down. When I get off of work I live my life and do not think about anything from work.
My time and my life is more valuable to me than the morons are. So I do not waste my time thinking about them or anything that is work related.

You need to come out of the closet (your office) and be what you are. If you are a Christian say it. They will respect you more for that than trying to keep it a secret. How to deal with it? Through Jesus Christ, He will give you the strength to bear up under it. Just maintain a good walk with God and you will be surpized what can happen.

The problem isn't those people as much as it is your suppression of who you are.
You are suppressing the spiritual person because you fear ridicule.
You either believe what you believe or you don't.
How are you to be a light in a dark world if you are placing that light under a basket?

you are a lot stronger than you think...... accentuate the positive...... look right thorough the negative from a person and look at their beauty...... ...its like taking a painted bitter prostitute and see the plain beautiful clean person underneath...... and you have the power to do it
