Generally all that stuff would mean that this boy likes your friend Ginny, but sometimes you never know because this boy could just be the big flirt type of guy. That happened with me once when I thought this boy really liked me because he did the same exact things to me, and he even gave me kisses on the cheek. I eventually found out that he treats every girl like that. So be careful with those types of guys.

But by all the signs that you are showing here. It does look like he Like's this Girl Ginny..
If ginny doesnt like him back.. Then dont say a thing.
But if she does like him as well, Then do the same as he does. and see what his reply would be towards her.
Otherwise my advise would always be Ask It stright Out!

first lemme tell u, u've got a gud friend. i can feel he is caring and having a soft side for u and that's for sure!!!
dear, there must not be any misunderstanding in friendship. now there can be 2 cases; one that u also like him like u r guessing, then i believe rather than asking people on net u must go for a coffee or to his fav. place. set a calm mood,give him a SLIGHT hint abt ur feeling first, and then ask him how he feels abt u and ur company.
second, if u wanna remain "friends" only, then u must tell him that u feel uncomfortable when someone comes that close to you. these words will convey the message without hurting him n u.

Most likely yes. Especially the holding hands part. If you like him back then tell him how you feel. If he's your friend then it should work out. If you don't like him in a crush way then I suggust you leave him hanging. Don't make a move nor don't dump him....maybe later he will stop

Generally speaking, the touching suggests yes.
But, people are different when it comes to their comfort levels with physical affection. (I have examples, but it would take too long to make them make sense.)
I guess my point is, if you want to really know how the boy feels, you have to ask.
