Capturing Bin Laden is not an easy task as we have come to learn. I imagine that he moves in the tribal areas of Pakistan and Afghanistan via horseback and on foot. He does not use any cellular phones and any messages sent are carried by courier. It is extremely difficult to get any human intelligence as the tribal factions are aloof by nature and live by a creed that support giving aid to those in need and maintaining secrecy.
I along with many Americans would jump at the chance to capture the terrorist along with collecting 25 million for our trouble. I would do it for expenses only, come to think of it.

Personally I think Bin Laden is dead. About two years ago I heard on the news that they found Bin Laden and they all the sudden you hear nothing.

I think US killed him and hid the body. They are not saying anything b/c someone else will take his place and lead the group. If the group still thinks he's alive then they they will continue their fight in the same way. The US knows this way...its easier then trying to figure out a new way with a new leader.

Don't you find it odd that for for years since Clinton we heard about Bin Laden frequently - especially after 2001 - it was all the time and then in like 2004/5 time frame - we hear they found him and since then - nothing. Also there has been only one message from him and they proved that it was not recent.

I think he's already dead.

Have you noticed that we haven't seen a video of Bin Laden in over a year? I mean, all the videos shown are from his right hand man, Al-Zawahiri. Could it be that Bin Laden is now room temperature? (That means DEAD for those of you in Rio Linda).

Or is it just me adding to the rumors? You be the judge.

Saddam wasn't even what we were looking for in the first place. I don't know what Bush was thinking, and plus, I don't think we can find Bin Laden with the way things are going in the middle east.

First off, I voted for Ralph and I have always voted third party. I think Republicans and Democrats are just two sides of the same coin.

That said, why do Democrats have such of problem with a Republican getting rid of a sadistic dictator who has caused the death of millions?

I think nothing a Democrat can do will make a Republican happy and nothing a Republican can do can make a Democrat happy.
