Everytime I start up my computer, as soon as I put my password in I keep getting this message:

BTHelpNotifier.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point "GetProcessImageFileNameW" could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL
As soon as I X it out I can operate my computer as normal so it`s not a problem, it`s just annoying. I have recently swapped my monitor for a flat screen and it seems to be happening since then. Thankyou very much.

i had that too, its not a virus, i got rid of it with a clean up programme,that cleans up things you dont want at startup,and just needs deleting from your startup. a lot of people have been getting this, it is something to do with bts help.it is annoying.

yeah...congratulations u have a virus...so DO NOT rely on any free stuff they don't really work, what u should do is the following:
1. go to http://www.bitdefender.com
2.Get the anti-virus
3.install and let it scan your windows folder right after install
4.DO NOT disable the firewall it protects your computer
5.DO NOT give access to all applications only the ones that require an internet connection.. :) good luck

Hi, your dynamic link library psapi.dll is corrupt or missing.
Download it from here: http://www.driverskit.com/dll/psapi.dll/2927.html
Then copy it into your windows/system folder.
Reboot and job done
