And why do you care? If you are official, it's an easy phone call to make. If you're just curious - or vindictive - is it any of your business?

If it's someone with whom you are thinking of doing business, or getting into a personal relationship - you obviously don't trust them. If you don't trust them, don't do business with them. Don't get emotionally involved with them.

One way or the other - move on.

Well if the Government does not know who the immigrants are between the true Brits born here, then I am afraid to tell you that you have got no chance of finding out. Blame this useless Government for letting the UK become overcrowded.

If you can talk to them, ask them if they have been home lately. Usually illegals can't leave until they go home for good.
Also get the name they use and check with the authorities.
