When will there be a packet of crisps which is "good for the heart" ?

"Since when was a packet of crisps good for the heart ?" would be the translation of : "depuis quand un paquet de chips est-il bon pour le coeur ?"

Since when has a packet of chips been 'good for the heart'?
It is "A Quand" because that is the way the French say "From when."

"à quand" in French basically means, "until when" (jusqu'à quand, with the 'jusqu' part being implied) and is used in questions. So this sentence would mean (not in a perfect literal translation) 'How long do we have to wait a healty bag of chips?'

"When is a packet of chips good for the heart?" or "At what time is a packet of chips good for the heart?" The answer is obvious, when you fancy them.
