In Las Vegas they have free parking at every casino on the strip and off the strip.. If you go downtown you will have to get your parking validated by playing table games. I usually just stay in a hotel downtown that way I don't have to worry about paying for parking.

In NV free parking at a casino may just be that or you go into the casino and get the ticket validated at the casino cage for a set amount of time. IF you are gambling the pit boss will validate it for longer.

Valet parking is technically free but you are expected to tip the valet $2 when s/he brings your car

If you are gambling at a casino the last thing I would be worried about was "free" parking.

A lot depends on where your casino is. In Connecticut the parking is located at the casino, or underneath. Some places you give a valet the keys, and receive a ticket for the car. You are expected to tip the valet upon the return of the car. I'd suggest that you try and have a full tank of gas, when you leave the car, in case you lose heavily. Remember these places weren't built by the winners.
