I know most of you will say that the iron is too hot but my hair is very long and pretty fine so I need the iron pretty hot, but it's still not on the highest setting that the iron has. Thank you!

well if ur hair is fine, u dont need that hot of a curler, be careful not to burn the hair. however that isnt what u want to hear, nor is that the actual problem. so my suggestion is that it sounds like when u put the iron on ur hair that maybe u r clamping down at an angle and leaving a crease, y dont u try to clamp down lightly and move the iron down the hair shaft at once. if u can keep it moving the hair wont have time to leave a crease. but just so u kno the reason it creases soo fast, before u have a chance to get that iron moving is the heat, even if u can try to lower it by a notch or so. hope that helps and it will get easier the more u do it.

Take the barrel of the iron and a section of the hair you want to curl, rub the barrel down on the section to prep it for the curl, then curl the hair. Don't leave it on the section too long, just go up and down the hair with it. This does work!

Don't use a "pretty" hot curler.
