I like this guy and he is one of my close guyfriend. and latly i have started to have feelings for him and i have noticed that sometimes he gives me signs that he might like me too. should i make the first move? what should i do?

It is up to you how you want to go about it, but maybe it would be a good idea to drop hints to him or flirt with him to let him know that you are interested. If he likes you he will pick up on this and he might want to move on to the next level.

Have you considered your friend's feelings? If he is flirting with you, breaks up with his g/f, your close g/f and takes up with you, what's to say that he won't start to flirt with another friend.
Kick this guy to the curb. He's a player and wants to flit around with as many girls as he can to brag to his friends about the many girls he's had.
