can camcorder use as webcam? if so then how it work?

I use analog camcorder Sony handyman

Yes but digital would be easier to connect, basically need a connection device, if the feeds lines that normally connect to TV for onscreen viewing are not adaptable to PC ports. Software will undoubtedly be required. Search for a free download, but only through reputable distributors, try www.download.com

You can use it as a webcam. You will need a video capture card. A real webcam is cheaper but not as good.
