I have to say the Pac Man! He's on a nice roll and if he can defeat Barrera and Marquez in 2007, then he might just take it then too.

I think this year's "Fighter of the Year" is going to be unanimous with the voters who make this decision. PacMan had a fantastic year in the ring. His two fights with Morales proved to show that the decision in the first fight was wrong. Being a pro, he didn't complain he got back in the ring and let his fists prove it for him.
If the two Morales fights weren't enough the Little Spark plug even beat former WBC Super Bantamweight Champion, Oscar Larrios. Runner-Up has to go to Joe Calzaghe.
BTW. I'm only aware of Jermain Taylor winning one fight in 2006. The fight against Ouma. His fight with Wright was a draw. Is there another I overlooked because someone wrote he won a "couple" in 2006??
