hm that doesn't sound too good. lower productivity rate? lethargic approach to work? just plain unhappiness? but don't worry. there are a lot of options here, actually. first, approach the problem philosophically (stay with me here.. lol) .. the reason you are sleepy can have its roots in something other than not getting enough 'zzzz's. how involved are you in your work? do you enjoy what you are getting paid for? if not, quit and try a different job.
alright, now to something else. are you fit and healthy? if not, eat more good stuff (apples, vegetables, take your vitamins) so that your body can do all the things you demand from it. exercise (self- explanatory). it makes you feel good, like you accomplished something. next- make sure you take enough breaks. it's good to relax and think about other things once in a while. stress is a huge factor that often times gets overlooked completely. stress can actually make you feel pretty lousy as well when you just don't have the energy anymore to feel anxious. finally- just make sure you get enough sleep (hey, that might just solve it all, and in that case ignore everything i just typed). :) good luck solving.

If you can't go home early today because of your work, maybe you can eat something there like instant noodles while listening to music, but music that will not put you to sleep. Then after eating, rest for a while. I guess it will help you to clear the sleepy ways. You can also go home now if you can leave your works, but do not drive if you still felt sleepy if you have a car, it's dangerous.

How much do you sleep?
You need 8 t0 9 hours of sleep.
How well do you sleep?
There are three stages of sleep.
Alpha, Beta and Grama.
About 1-2 hours of light Alfa, followed by slightly deeper Beta stage, and then 3-4 hours of Gama stage. Then again 1 hour minimum Beta stage and then 1 hour minimun Aalfa stage, total minimum 8 hours and maximum 9 hours.
You need to go thru all the stages of sleep, to be fresh and refreshed.
More then 9 hours can be not very good for some people.
