if ya starve urself without exercisin do u lose weight and what happens. duz your skin sag and stuff

please dont starve your self. you wont lose much weight because the body goes in to shock and starts holding on to the fat. you must eat to lose weight

please dont starve urself.... that is NO way to lose weight...it is a sure way to become anorexic and eventually ppl die from that. it will ruin ur life, i can assure u from experience. here's what i did:

i tried out MANY different kinds of diets over the years and althought some made me lose weight in the short term, i gained it all back (and with a vengeance) right after i stopped. eventually, i found out that eating healthily (thats: eating every possible food type at some point during the week, a few sweets without going OTT, carbs, proteins, even some fatty foods, and especially lots of fruit, veggeis, juices, milk and dairy........AND LOTS OF WATER!!) is the "diet" for me.

since i made a vow to "go healthy", i have erased fizzy drinks, chips, fried and "too oily, too salty" foods from my shopping list...and now i actually feel much FREER!!! i eat whatever i crave - even the junk food i just listed, SOMETIMES - and the best thing? without guilt!!!

since i eat healthy and also exercise three to four times a week, my metabolism had speeded up and i can be "naughty" and eat from the "restricted" list (above) every once in a while. i can go to parties and lose control and not care!!! coz i know i dont do it every day. that's the key!! just dont do it every day and ur ok...

everything is ok (and necessary) in life, but in moderation. now i am much happier than i used to be back when i ate like a three year-old and hated excersize. i am more confident, and i dont have to kill myself with painful diets and express fat-burning sessions at the gym JUST BEFORE BIKINI SEASON...^_^ LOL

anyway... i know all this sounds hard to do, and u prolly dont believe me anyway... but promise that if u manage to get thru the first four weeks then it kinda grows on u.... u DO get used to eating ONLY whats necessary and not HAVING to nibble on chips or nachos and dip during a movie, etc etc... u will feel so good about how u can control urself that u will eventually find urselrf doing it JUST so that u can feel good about having done it! its that simple!!!

that way u r not only slimmer, fitter and more attractive, but u r more confident, more energetic, u have more fun that u ever woulda thought u'd want b4 and u give off an aura that every one wants to be around.... u become an optimistic healthy person who will live much longer and will enjoy it!

again, i repeat, PLEASE dont stop eating alltogether. that is neither fun nor a solution to ur problem (if there even IS a problem - no offense). at least TRY what i've suggested and if u dont see any difference within the first month. consult a neutrisionist or a dietologist...these ppl r always there to help! i can give u some numbers even, if u like... but only as a last resort....

common!! if u don't eat,,you'll starve yrself to death,so if you want to die early.,.do just that,,in the end.you''ll lose yr body,for good! now,the way out is to EAT HEALTHY AND WISE,and in moderation,exercice.too.,so as to gain energy and at the same time lose EXTRA calories which yr body don't need,and is stored in the body as FATS for an emergency.like starvation's.or famine..And yes yes,your right..by starving ur body,.you''ll starve yrself and the cells.tissues,organs etc.,.it will sag,,lose fluids,,and look old!.. you know how many young ppl has killed their bodies,for this SLIM ugly diet obsession..PLSS nothing into extremes is beautiful..everything MEDIUM in balance IS the norm! here so if u not above 23 in BMI,chances are.that u re not obese,just mild overweight,.which may be corrected,by dietary changes,,and exercise,normally..you don't have to overeat,if u re not a kid or a teen an elderly.a sick person.or pregnant and nursing mother.Otherwise.2 or 3 meals a day.will be enough.we may occasionally indulge in desserts or icecream.provided,we exercise and take herbal teas after that..

Here's the deal with starvation, when u starve yourself, you lose fat AND muscle.. & Yes, without exercize & especially when you're really overweight, your skin will sag & won't feel as tight as it once was before the starvation diet.
Also, when you starve yourself, at first, your body will lose alot of fat & muscle, but with time, your body will switch to a so-called "safe-mode" where the liver stops burning fat stored in your body, fearing your life might be in danger & you might "really" be starving out of your own will. so you won't keep on losing weight & "anything" you eat will be stored as fat.
so, starving one's self is never the solution, infact , a balanced diet with a good exercize routine will do the trick in no time, minus the sagginess!! bcoz exercize actually boots up your motabolism, which makes your body burn more fat.

When starving yourself your body does store fat and it makes it more probable that when eating again you will regain more than you already lost. But also your body looses Muscle mass. you need certain fats, proteins and nutrients in your body at all times. Maybe you should buy a book on healthy eating. With healthy eating exercise the weight will come off.

You would:

1) Be tired, restless, have poor concentration
2) Expose your risk to diseases and illnesses- osteoperosis included.
3) You are more likely to have stretch marks on your skin.
4) You may have loose skin, with extremely poor muscle tone. If someone grabs your bum, it will feel a little like grabbing a ball of uncooked cookie dough.

Exercise is the key to weightloss.

Starving yourself is the key to illness and death.

If you dont eat..you dont poop..and if you dont poop..you know what will happen...so Why would you??...(STARVE)..
Go to a dietitian and get tailor made diet and exercise program which is healthiest for you...Do it right and you will have the Happiest of New Years !!...

if you starve yourself that damages your organs. Just cut back on your eating and watch your calorie intake. Good luck and be careful

you will love easier on a diet, the amount lost will be close to what you would have if you staved your self

your internal organs will suffer and cells die as they have no nutrients and water to perform chemical reactions into energy.
