If you're serious, hiring a lawyer and a financial consultant would be my first two purchases. Be very careful, many people who win lotteries end up broke and/or with severe depression as a result.
It can be a truely great experience for the rest of your life if handled properly.

repay, bebts if any, find a good finence- manager-fallow 25% of his advice,keep a good amount in fixed assets with at least 8%returns,contact u r banker fallow 25%adv. give gift to u r parents w annulised returns fr yrs. to come.must do some CHARITY as per ur wish

seriously DO NOTHING for at least a few months --- get a good financial advisor lawyer and banker --- ask lots of questions --- if you do this correctly you will be very happy if you do it incorrectly you will be very unhappy and in debt
