I like this guy, he's my neighbor, but he doesn't like me back. I've tried forgetting him many times. Whenever I text him, he seldom replies. And when he does, it's usually a one word or a few words answer..
Please give me ways to forget him as a crush and how to get him back as a friend. I really want to be just friends with him now. But when we see each other, we don't actually talk. How can I forget him as a crush, and start being friends with him again?

sounds like you need to back off for awhile. it sucks but he needs some space right now. just try focusing on yourself and what you can do to make yourself happy without having to be with him. hang out with friends, do things that you like, read, write, exercise, talk on the phone whatever. but you need to find someone else who shares your feelings or you'll never be happy. oh the feelings just suck when your crush replies your msg with a word or 2..your heart just sink when you see answers like that..move on..don't think about him anymore..i mean you shouldn't be wasting your time on guys like him right?get out there..hang out with your girlfriends and get to know more people..widen your circle of friends..i'm sure you'll be able to find someone and throw him outta your mind soon..

you already took the first step dear, you decided to get over him, tell your self that you will find your love, your love will come to you and beg you to love him back..you stuff like what happens in romantic love stories....about that guy, talk to him.. tell clear things out with him, tell him that you consider him friend nothing more... ask if him to be honest with you and tell you if he wants to be your friend or not... Delete his number from your phone and put it somewhere you'll foregt or don't have easy acsess to. Then find other things to do, if he contacts you be cool about it.
