Reverence is a feeling of deep respect, awe. When one has these feeling toward God then that is a happy person. God blesses those who love Him. God Bless and Happy New Year to you.

It's rather difficult to know to whom it refers, since the subject of the first phrase is plural and the subject of the second is singular.

PLease give the Proverb that you speak of and I will look it up. I am not very familiar with the Old Testament Proverbs.
